INLAND ADVENTURES TOURS
Belize Inland Adventure Tours
Belize is a nature lover and adventurer’s greatest playground
From the island, there are myriads of opportunities for nature lovers to enjoy inland jungle adventures. Whether trekking through the jungle, birding, glide through the jungle on a zipline or cruising down waterways in an inner tube through Belize’s cave system, adventures are endless. Additionally, Belize was once the heartland of the Maya. Today, excavated sites, temples, and tombs remind us of their historical past. Exploring these ancient Maya Sites are a must-do when in Belize. Visit our front desk, who would be happy to arrange one of the following Belize inland adventure tours for you.
Zipline & Cave Tubing
Explore the underworld of the Maya as you float in inner tubes through Belize’s cave system, taking you on an expedition through time and history. The cave tubing adventure begins at the front of the hotel, where the guide will give you a brief explanation of the tour and give you your equipment. You will first cross the clear blue Caves Branch River and hike through the jungle led by the fully knowledgeable guide and who will point out flora and fauna along the way. He will also answer any questions that you may have. After about an hour, you will get into the river with your inner tubes and begin the ride through 5 cave tunnels back to the originating point. Along the way, you will be able to see the stalagmites and stalactites that the cave system has. Also, as you tube, you will be able to go further into the cave and view small rooms that were once used by the Mayas that have beautiful formations.
Adventure doesn’t end there as you will fly through jungle treetops on a zipline tour. Being the first Canopy tour in Belize, our line is built to standards approved by the Association for Challenged Course Technologists.
Upon arrival, you will be given a safety briefing and outfitted with safety gear that includes a harness system, helmet, and gloves. The tour starts with a short hike up to the first platform, which will take you over eight platforms, each with two of our experienced guides who will explain the different areas of the ecosystem you are experiencing. Along the way, you will enjoy many beautiful views of our pristine ecosystem. When you arrive at the last platform, you will then need to repel to the ground.

Here's what our guests are saying
“The staff did a great job. They were friendly, well organized and very helpful. Booked two activities directly through them and the service providers they recommended did a great job as well. Nice restaurant on grounds, great breakfasts. Would definitely recommend and come back again myself.”
